Johnny Damon
CEO and Chairman Of The Board
Johnny Damon was appointed as our Director/Chairman of the Board in 2020. From 1995 to 2012, Johnny Damon was a professional Major League baseball player, and was an All-Star in 2002 and 2005, a World Series Champion with the Boston Red Sox in 2004 and the New York Yankees in 2009, and the American League stolen base leader in 2000. Johnny Damon has been self-employed since he left baseball and has appeared on TV shows, such as celebrity apprentice, Family Feud, Dancing with the Stars, Below Deck Mediterranean, Tanked, and has been running his Johnny Damon Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)3, to raise and donate funds to charitable organizations. The Foundation assists local and national programs that provide leadership and growth opportunities for disadvantaged children at risk. Since 2016, Johnny Damon has been on the President’s Council for sports, fitness, and nutrition.
Randall F. Greene
Director (Audit Committee)
Randall F. Greene was appointed in 2020 by A-GAME Beverages Inc. as it’s C.E.O. and a Director. He is also currently the C.E.O. of Stahl Faust Holdings, a private equity and real estate development company and has worked in an executive capacity since 1984 in the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Development Industries. He currently serves as a director on the Board of publicly traded UPAY, Inc. (UPYY) a Dallas, Texas and South Africa based Technology holding company, and he is also Chairman of three governmental agencies which are the Bonnet Creek Resorts Development District at the Walt Disney World Resorts Complex, Westwood-Orange County Convention Center Development District, and the Bella Collina Development District, all based in the Orlando Metro area.
Bo Jackson
Director
Vincent Edward Jackson, better known as Bo Jackson, has been successfully running several businesses over the last three decades, perfecting his strategies and venturing into multiple projects that ultimately led to the creation of Jackson and Partners, LLC a natural foods CPG company based in Naperville, Illinois. As demonstrated by his remarkable success as a professional, two-sport athlete in his youth years playing in the NFL for the Los Angeles Raiders while simultaneously playing in the MLB for the Kansas City Royals. Bo also won the 1985 Heisman Trophy and is the only athlete in history to be named an All-Star in both sports.
Keith Myers

Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of LHC Group from 1994 until the company’s merger with Optum Health in 2023. Founded in 1994, LHC Group would become one of the largest and highest quality in-home healthcare providers in the U.S. – (NASDAQ: LHCG) with 29,000 employees and more than 900 agency locations in 38 states and the District of Columbia. Co-founder, director, and executive committee of the Partnership for Quality Home Healthcare in Washington, D.C. Co-founder and former board member of the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation. 2003 Regional Entrepreneur of the Year in the field of healthcare services. 2015 Inductee - National Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame 2015 Inductee - National Home Care & Hospice Hall of Fame. Former CEO Member of the Healthcare Leadership Council in Washington, D.C. Former CEO member of the American Hospital Association.
Sue Klug

Sue Klug is an experienced board director with a proven track record in the food and beverage industry. With over 30 years of experience in supermarket retailing, Sue's expertise in marketing and merchandising is rooted in a deep understanding of consumer insights, powerful analytic tools and comprehensive marketing strategies. Sue understands the power of branding and is adept at identifying unique brand platforms that achieve positive financial outcomes. She has served in a variety of senior food industry leadership roles including President of Albertsons Southern California Division, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Unified Grocers (UNFI), President of Catalina Marketing Services and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Vons. In addition, she has served as a Director on the Bashas' Supermarkets and Gelson's Supermarkets boards.
Pedro Herran
Director
Pedro is an experienced Chief Executive with a track record of transforming businesses and cultures through a clear strategic vision, innovation as a driver of value creation, and hands-on operational management. Pedro has had a distinguished management career focused on US and international business at Sara Lee Corporation, Cadbury Schweppes PLC and Dr Pepper Snapple. He currently is the Chief Financial Officer of Infinity City Maya. Infinity City Maya is a large Entertainment & Theme park and hospitality development which will be based in Cancun, Mexico. Prior to Infinity City Maya, Pedro was the Executive VP - Corporate Strategy at Dr Pepper Snapple & President of Dr Pepper Snapple Latin America. Pedro has an Accounting Degree from Arizona State and an MBA from the Fuqua School at Duke University.
Bradley Hilton

We appointed Bradley Hilton as our Director in 2021. For the past 5 years, Bradley Hilton has been an owner of Gains Venture Group, a venture capital firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. From 1984 to 2000, Bradley Hilton was the Information Technology Director of Hilton Hotels. From 2016-2019, he was the President/Director of Legion Capital Corporation, a private equity firm located in Orlando, Florida, and since December 2020 has been the Vice Chairman of Legion Capital.
Ashley A. Painter
Director
Ashley A. Painter has been a Medical Corp Officer as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves for the past 23+ years. She is the Founder and President of United Contract Solutions, LLC an Emergency Disaster Recovery Company providing On-Site Fuel delivery, Tents, Catering, Portable Shower Units, and other life-supporting needs. She has a Masters of Healthcare Administration and is also the President and CEO of Patriot Government Partners, LLC, a Government Contracting Company, working primarily with the Army Reserves and National Guard for training events. Ashley lives in Perdido Beach, AL, with her husband, their 1-year-old son, Hawkins, and Black Lab, Pepper.
Richie Webster

Richie Webster is the CEO and owner of Rapid Building Solutions, LLC. He founded the company in 2006, and it has since become a leading Design Build Company specializing in self-storage facilities with sales between $70 million and $80 million annually, and has built around 16 million square feet of self-storage – with more on the way! Richie lives in central Florida with his wife, Danielle, son, and two Doberman Pinschers. When he’s not working, he enjoys boating, watching the New Zealand national rugby team – the All Blacks, and traveling to his vacation home in The Bahamas.
Dr. Jeremy Spry

We appointed Jeremy Spry as our Director in 2020. He has been our Medical Director since November 18, 2020, and in that capacity applies health, medicine, and scientific aspects of our business as they pertain to our products. Jeremy Spry is a medical doctor and emergency room physician with a specialty in osteopathic medicine, and has been employed in that capacity at UF Health, Leesburg Hospital and The Villages Hospital, as the Chair of Emergency Medicine.
Iain Francis Jackson

In 2021, we appointed Iain Francis Jackson to our Board of Directors. Iain and his family emigrated to the USA 10yrs ago and is a resident of Windermere, Florida. Iain has 30 years of experience in investment banking and fixed income/derivatives broker markets. Having held senior positions at Tullett Prebon, Compagnie Financiere Tradition, Martins International and BGC Partners, both in London and New York. Iain is currently a partner on the USD Derivatives desk at BGC Partners. He graduated from Loughborough University and St Anne’s College, Oxford University.

Andy is a corporate and securities advisor with Nelson Mullins in Washington, D.C. He works with growing companies, particularly in the technology and government contracting sectors. His clients maintain operations around the globe. He regularly advises companies in various industries such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, government services and contracting, REITs, telecommunications, managed services, renewable energy, oil and gas, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aviation, consumer product, and financial technology companies. He advises SPACs on their initial formation and sponsor capital raise, through the IPO process and their initial business combination.
Frederick Lehrer

Frederick Lehrer has specialized in securities and corporate finance matters for 20 years, having successfully navigated the complex regulatory environment on behalf of national and international clients. He counsels and serves issuer and other clients in “going public” matters, SEC disclosure, registration statemen, SEC and OTC Markets filings, private placement memoranda, and state corporate law filings and compliance. Prior to entering private practice, Frederick Lehrer spent 15 years with the SEC’s Southeast Regional Office prosecuting violations of the federal securities laws and also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

Roy joined A-GAME with over 30 years of food and beverage experience working for Keurig Dr Pepper, Campbell’s, and PepsiCo. As a skilled senior leader, Roy brings a successful track record delivering sales, revenue and profit results through customer partnerships, distribution strategies and business planning with national DSD partners and retailers. Roy will be responsible for building and cultivating A-GAME’s route to market plans and distributor partnerships.

Business Development Executive – East
Demo comes to us with extensive background as a senior executive with both large companies and startup brands. He has over 38 years of CPG expertise, holding high level VP positions with companies such as General Foods, Mott’s, Country Home Bakers, International Marketing Systems, and most recently as an EVP at Nature’s Intent. Demo is responsible for customer sales and marketing development throughout the Northeast and North Central markets.
Fray Natale
Business Development Executive – South
Fray Natale joins A-GAME with 38 years of CPG experience. Most recently with Keurig Dr Pepper as an Account Executive in the East, Fray has successfully managed both DSD and Warehouse brands for large grocery retailers. He has a proven track record of building brands via strong retail partnerships. He joined the Dr Pepper 7UP Co. as a Region Sales Manager working with the Pepsi Bottling network in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to this, Fray spent 15 years with R.J. Reynolds Tobacco as a Division Sales Manager, and then, Region Business Manager for multiple state geographies. Fray is responsible for customer sales and marketing development throughout the Northeast and North Central markets.
