Johnny

Johnny Damon

Chairman Of The Board

Johnny Damon was appointed as our Director/Chairman of the Board in 2020. From 1995 to 2012, Johnny Damon was a professional Major League baseball player, and was an All-Star in 2002 and 2005, a World Series Champion with the Boston Red Sox in 2004 and the New York Yankees in 2009, and the American League stolen base leader in 2000. Johnny Damon has been self-employed since he left baseball and has appeared on TV shows, such as celebrity apprentice, Family Feud, Dancing with the Stars, Below Deck Mediterranean, Tanked, and has been running his Johnny Damon Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)3, to raise and donate funds to charitable organizations. The Foundation assists local and national programs that provide leadership and growth opportunities for disadvantaged children at risk. Since 2016, Johnny Damon has been on the President’s Council for sports, fitness, and nutrition. In October 2020, Johnny Damon was appointed as a Director of Legions Capital, a holding company with operating subsidiaries in the areas of commercial lending, real estate development, real estate services, management, and marketing.

Randall F. Greene

Chief Executive Officer/Director (Audit Committee)

Randall F. Greene was appointed in 2020 by A-GAME Beverages Inc. as it’s C.E.O. and a Director. He is also currently the C.E.O. of Stahl Faust Holdings, a private equity and real estate development company and has worked in an executive capacity since 1984 in the Banking, Finance and Real Estate Development Industries. He currently serves as a director on the Board of publicly traded UPAY, Inc. (UPYY) a South African and Texas based international software company, and he is also Chairman of three governmental agencies which are the Bonnet Creek Resorts Development District at the Walt Disney World Resorts Complex, Westwood-Orange County Convention Center Development District, and the Bella Collina Development District, all based in the Orlando Metro area.

Bo

Bo Jackson

Director

Vincent Edward Jackson, better known as Bo Jackson, has been successfully running several businesses over the last three decades, perfecting his strategies and venturing into multiple projects that ultimately led to the creation of Jackson and Partners, LLC a natural foods CPG company based in Naperville, Illinois. As demonstrated by his remarkable success as a professional, two-sport athlete in his youth years playing in the NFL for the Los Angeles Raiders while simultaneously playing in the MLB for the Kansas City Royals. Bo also won the 1985 Heisman Trophy and is the only athlete in history to be named an All-Star in both sports.

Bradley Hilton

Director

We appointed Bradley Hilton as our Director in 2021. For the past 5 years, Bradley Hilton has been an owner of Gains Venture Group, a venture capital firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. From 1984 to 2000, Bradley Hilton was the Information Technology Director of Hilton Hotels. From 2016-2019, he was the President/Director of Legion Capital Corporation, a private equity firm located in Orlando, Florida, and since December 2020 has been the Vice Chairman of Legion Capital.

Ashley

Ashley A. Painter

Director

Ashley A. Painter has been a Medical Corp Officer as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves for the past 23+ years.  She is the Founder and President of United Contract Solutions, LLC an Emergency Disaster Recovery Company providing On-Site Fuel delivery, Tents, Catering, Portable Shower Units, and other life-supporting needs.  She has a Masters of Healthcare Administration and is also the President and CEO of Patriot Government Partners, LLC, a Government Contracting Company, working primarily with the Army Reserves and National Guard for training events. Ashley lives in Perdido Beach, AL, with her husband, their 1-year-old son, Hawkins, and Black Lab, Pepper.

Richie

Richie Webster

Director (Audit Committee)

Richie Webster is the CEO and owner of Rapid Building Solutions, LLC. He founded the company in 2006, and it has since become a leading Design Build Company specializing in self-storage facilities with sales between $70 million and $80 million annually, and has built around 16 million square feet of self-storage – with more on the way! Richie lives in central Florida with his wife, Danielle, son, and two Doberman Pinschers. When he’s not working, he enjoys boating, watching the New Zealand national rugby team – the All Blacks, and traveling to his vacation home in The Bahamas.

Jeremy

Dr. Jeremy Spry

Director (Audit Committee)

We appointed Jeremy Spry as our Director in 2020. He has been our Medical Director since November 18, 2020, and in that capacity applies health, medicine, and scientific aspects of our business as they pertain to our products. Jeremy Spry is a medical doctor and emergency room physician with a specialty in osteopathic medicine, and has been employed in that capacity at UF Health, Leesburg Hospital and The Villages Hospital, as the Chair of Emergency Medicine.

Leslie Anne Wade

Director

In 2021, we appointed Leslie Anne Wade as our Independent Director. She is an award-winning experienced communications and marketing expert, including: (a) from 2010 to Present, the Managing Director of Wade Media Management, a sports media firm based in New York, New York; (b) from 2010 to 2018, Managing Director of Faldo Enterprises, a sports, branding and golf course design firm based in Windsor England, directing the Nick Faldo brands; (c) from 2010 to 2018, a Managing Director with SVP Communications (CBS Sports) serving as an executive with the sports media division. Leslie Anne Wade received a BA in Communications and English Writing from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana. In 2003 and 2004, she received the Woman of the Year Award from Garden Sports and Events and the National Football Foundation, respectively.

Timothy

Timothy I. Sullivan

In 2021, we appointed Timothy I. Sullivan, Brigadier General (Retired) as our Independent Director. A 1975 graduate of the Citadel, Timothy I. Sullivan has had a distinguished military career from 1976 to 2009, having reached the rank of Brigadier General in 2006. From July 2005 to 2009, he was the Deputy Commander of Joint Forces Headquarters of Saint Augustine, Florida. From 2005 to 2009, he also has served as the Commander of the 83rd Troop Command in Tallahassee, Florida. His past assignments also include Commander, 50th Area Support Group, Team Chief 32nd AAMDC, Commander 1/265 ADA, and Operations Officer 164th Air Defense Artillery. Among his awards and decorations are: Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (with 1 Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster), Army Commendation Medal (with 4 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Achievement Medal (with 2 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (with 3 Bronze Oak Leaf Clusters), National Defense Service Medal (with 1 Bronze Service Star), War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, War on Terrorism Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal (with M device), Army Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon (with numeral 2). In 1996, Timothy I. Sullivan completed the Command General Staff Officer Course and in 2005 he received a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College.

In 2021, we appointed Iain Francis Jackson to our Board of Directors. Iain and his family emigrated to the USA 10yrs ago and is a resident of Windermere, Florida. Iain has 30 years of experience in investment banking and fixed income/derivatives broker markets. Having held senior positions at Tullett Prebon, Compagnie Financiere Tradition, Martins International and BGC Partners, both in London and New York. Iain is currently a partner on the USD Derivatives desk at BGC Partners. He graduated from Loughborough University and St Anne’s College, Oxford University.

In 2021 we appointed Guy to the board and to also serve as it’s Vice President being responsible for the national sales and marketing development for A-Game products. Guy brings significant consumer products and good experience after having spent over 40 years with various companies in the industry as a senior executive with companies like The Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble, Frito Lay, and most recently Tate’s Bake Shop. Prior to working at these companies, Guy served as an Officer in the U.S. Army.

Craig W. Young, Esq.

VP/Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Young has concentrated in corporate and tax law since 2011. He began his career as in-house counsel for a large, publicly traded company in Kansas City, MO before moving to South Florida to join a law firm in West Palm Beach, FL with a focus on complex commercial litigation before going on to be General Counsel for a national company headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Young owned his own law firm focusing on complex commercial litigation, business transactions and tax law before deciding to join A-Game Beverages, Inc. as its Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Young earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, KS. While in law school, he co-founded the Arbitration team and his studies focused on corporate and tax law. He is licensed in Florida and Missouri.

Gary M. Dunkel is a partner in the Palm Beach office of Fox Rothschild, LLP. Gary is a board certified litigation attorney with experience in civil litigation matters from initial complaint through trial. His areas of concentration include business disputes, real estate litigation, creditor’s rights, bank litigation, and non-compete lawsuits. Before joining Fox Rothschild, Gary was a longtime partner at Greenberg Traurig’s Palm Beach office. Gary is an active member of the community. He has held board positions at the Legal Aid Society of the Palm Beaches, Duke University Alumni Admissions Committee, Anti-Defamation League Palm Beach, and Temple Beth El in West Palm Beach among others.

William C. Matthews is an associate in the Orlando office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, where he is a member of the Construction Litigation and Business Litigation Practice Groups. He focuses his practice on construction-related litigation, complex commercial litigation and banking-related litigation matters. Will represents developers, contractors, material suppliers, design professionals, and sureties in disputes involving construction defect claims, delay claims, construction lien issues, and contract disputes. Will also represents businesses and individuals in disputes involving corporate litigation, landlord/tenant litigation, commercial collections, lien foreclosures, insurance disputes, and trademark/copyright issues.
